LUX-HOUSE reminds a small house with spacious covered verandahs and balconies with help of which opens the excellent picturesque view on a complex panorama. Two-storied houses are constructed from wooden blockhouses (manual cutting), covered with a shingle (according to traditional Russian technology), decorated with carved plat bands. Living in such house, you undoubtedly will dive into rest and pleasure atmosphere. The house is divided into two blocks (rooms), each of which is calculated on four people, and has a verandah and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, a shower room, a toilet, a drawing room with upholstered furniture and the TV, a kitchen zone, an exit on a verandah. The second floor of LUX house is intended for a dream and rest: three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with one – and- half beds). In one of the bedrooms - an exit to the balcony. In each room there is a TV - set and phone. there is a toilet On this floor. Room is equipped by a refrigerator, the hair dryer and phones. Bed-clothes - linen. In the LUX-HOUSE it is possible to organize up to four extra places so it suits perfectly for family rest or small company rest. The breakfast is included in residing cost.
